We want you to love your purchase, but if you're unhappy, we're here to help. You have 30 days from receipt to return DOTTI item(s) purchased from DottiCollection.com for a full refund of the merchandise value. Please contact Dotti prior to your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used for any period of time.
